INSUREM INSURANCE LIMITED respects your right to privacy and is committed to protect your personal data by implementing the appropriate technical and organisational measures. The collection of your personal data

The personal data collected from you are used as part of our contractual and commercial relationship and allow us to meet our legal obligations. As such, we hereby inform you that your data and, where appropriate, those of your minor children, are subject to computerised processing for the following purposes :

  • Signing, managing and executing insurance contracts
  • Executing the legal, regulatory and administrative provisions in force
  • The combat against money laundering and terrorism financing

Recipients of your personal data

Your data may be sent to insurance intermediaries, and possibly subcontractors, who are involved in the signing, management and execution of the agreement. They are also likely to be processed by our service providers, experts, lawyers, court bailiffs, court officers and ministerial officials, trustees, guardians, investigators, healthcare providers, medical practitioners, and if applicable, any insurance organisations or social security institutions of the parties and the titleholders of the contract. The storage period of your personal data

The storage period of your personal data shall align with the duration of the implementation of the purpose. We will store your personal data for a term consistent with the legally established periods. If no agreement is entered into or in the case of commercial marketing, the data may be stored for a period of three years from last contact. All employees and stakeholders within INSUREM INSURANCE LIMITED receive awareness training on the French Data Protection Act and the European General Data Protection Regulation. They also sign a confidentiality agreement in order to enforce the regulations on personal data protection.
